El Colima Mexican Restaurant
Our cuisine reflects the heritage of our birthplace in Colima, Mexico, with a few additions we have learned along the way.
All white corn tortillas -including our chips- are fresh, made by hand here at the restaurant.
Salsas include the traditional red, and a spicier tomatillo red. If your taste buds shy away from jalapenos, we offer milder white cheese queso fundido and a traditioal guacamole.
Our menu includes most popular Mexican dishes, such as soft or crunchy tacos, beef or chicken fajitas, and a cariety of quesadillas. All are served with Mexican rice and refried beans. More authentic Mexican recipied include chili rellenos, sope gordos, tacos de lengua, asada, adobo or pollo, and weekend posole (a stew made from hominy, pork, Mexican seasonings, cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, and other garnishes), and menudo (another traditional soup).
